| In the “Hollywood Report” feature, Michael George gives advice to one of his celebrity clients, Reese Witherspoon about a great yoga warm-up. Known as Sun Salutations, he advises that it is a great pre-run move. According to Michael, “It gets the body warmed up and helps ease you into the vigorous part of the workout.”

| In the four-page feature entitled, “Six Weeks to get a Body like Reese,” Michael George gives 10 easy exercises for a great summer body makeover. George is credited as the author of Body Express Makeover: Trim and Sculpt Your Body in Less Than Six Weeks and as celebrity trainer of Reese Witherspoon, among others. He offers exercises that tone and strengthen everything from the arms to the abs.
Michael says, “If you’re a beginner, you can expect to drop a full dress size if you do this 20-minute plan four days a week for six weeks.” In addition, he suggests these workouts as a great alternative to hitting the gym.

George is credited as the author of Body Express Makeover: Trim and Sculpt Your Body in Less Than Six Weeks and as celebrity trainer of Reese Witherspoon and Julianne Moore. He offers exercises that tone and strengthen everything from the arms to the abs.
Michael suggests doing the 10 exercises twice a week. In addition, he advises doing, “thirty to 40 minutes of aerobic activity (jogging, swimming) three times a week to burn more fat, strengthen your heart and get you in the best shape possible.”
