Michael's Philosophy
I consider myself more of a coach or teacher than a trainer. I teach clients lifestyle transformation through behavior modification and development of the mind-body connection. I merge eastern and western training techniques, which combine boxing, martial arts, Yoga postures, breathing practices and meditation to motivate and challenge clients to achieve their fitness and mental goals. My objective is to teach clients the most effective and efficient methods of training their specific body type to promote optimal change in body symmetry, body fat loss, while providing nutritional guidance to facilitate this process.
