I feel that the time I spend with you for Extreme Makeover contributed a great deal to my transformation. I could not have done it without you. My reveal on Extreme Makeover went great! Everyone said that they wouldn't have even recognized me, so I guess that is good! My family and friends are glad to have me back. I can't thank you enough for pushing me to work hard at the gym. You have helped bring a workout program back into my schedule. I rejoined my gym and have been getting my cardio and weights in almost everyday.
